Lead Talent Acquisition Manager

This role requires a seasoned recruiter and team lead to oversee a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing strategic direction, guidance and support to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong track record of successfully leading teams, driving results and setting standards of excellence. They must be able to foster a motivating environment, inspire continuous improvement and ensure quality hires and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes and compensation strategies.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to team members to drive continuous development and improvement.
  • Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence.
  • Implement performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate and improve team member performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software and excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused and driven to meet and exceed targets.
