About the Role

  • Additionally, the role involves developing and refining people policies to enhance efficiency and scalability, improving people operations processes for a seamless team member experience, and enhancing the quality and volume of inbound candidates through sourcing and outreach.
  • The individual will also build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture by promoting feedback, recognition, and professional growth.
