Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports, featuring social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI metrics.
  • Design and develop high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

Work Environment

As part of a dynamic team, you will work on innovative projects with international teams. You will be based in Colombia - Remote. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We offer a non-fixed term Colombian contract.
