Job Title:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to support our clients' investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on real estate databases, analyzing data and gathering insights from industry experts.
  • Assess real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, through in-depth analysis.
  • Create comprehensive financial models to evaluate property performance and potential returns.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and clients through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Support due diligence efforts by reviewing leases and financial documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
