Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will find and engage top talent to support our aggressive growth plans. You'll be at the heart of building a team that's committed to educational excellence and innovation.

This role involves designing and implementing hiring strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for both teaching and administrative roles. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing various channels to build a rich candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in English is essential, with a strong background in human resources or psychology being advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent for teaching and administrative roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize multiple channels to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
