Job Description

This role involves creating and enhancing animations for various projects with a focus on post-production workflows. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of animation principles, attention to detail, and experience integrating animations into final products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop concepts for characters, scenes, backgrounds, and other animation elements.
  • Create character sketches based on design briefs.
  • Design storyboards for animation projects.
  • Develop background designs, sets, and other animated environment elements.
  • Create 2D assets for animation.
  • Determine timing and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements.
  • Create animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Enhance and manipulate existing footage using animation techniques.
  • Integrate animations into final video or game projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills are required for this position:

  • Proven experience as a 2D Animator, preferably in post-production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 2D animation software.
  • Experience with rigging and character animation.
  • Knowledge of visual effects techniques and compositing.
  • Ability to work with pre-existing footage and integrate animation seamlessly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
