Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients on a weekly basis to determine their specific needs.
  • Conduct client consultations and site visits to assess requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive technical explanations and demonstrations of various products and solutions available.
  • Develop customized proposals that meet client specifications.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, showcasing capabilities and features of products, and facilitate setup or pilot installations at client sites.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and/or suppliers to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Compile sales and client feedback reports, including challenges encountered and proposed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency: Stay updated with advancements in the audio-visual field.
  • Communication skills: Articulate complex technical information in a clear manner for clients, with excellent written and oral communication for proposals and presentations.
  • Problem-solving: Analyze clients' needs and develop efficient solutions.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills: Collaborate with clients, sales teams, technical teams, and other departments.
  • Organizational skills: Manage multiple clients, proposals, and projects simultaneously.
  • Customer service orientation: Prioritize client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of audio-visual technologies and/or smart home integration is preferred but not required.
