Job Summary

The Human Resources Administration Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and track FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update HRIS and personnel files with precision and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate on employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries and monitor the HR inbox.
  • Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Produce HR reports and assist with audits and data integrity.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Assist Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence.
  • Initiate and consolidate results from annual employee engagement surveys.
  • Coordinate company-wide updates, including monthly internal meetings and quarterly global town halls.
Requirements:
  • Amenable to work non-traditional hours.
  • Must reside within a specified region for contingency purposes.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
  • Ability to start immediately is a must.
