What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to conceptualise, design, and develop new medical products
  • Conduct market research to identify unmet needs and generate innovative product ideas
  • Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute the product development lifecycle
  • Support product testing, validation, and regulatory submission processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing products based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Maintain thorough documentation and project management records

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, or a related technical field
  • 0-1 year of experience in medical device.
  • Strong working knowledge of product design, prototyping, and testing processes
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards
  • Proficiency in using product design and project management software
