
Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee our compensation strategy, benefits programs, and payroll interface processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, salary scales, and incentive structures.
- Oversee benefits enrollment, renewals, and eligibility tracking for health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Maintain updated position salary bands and coordinate compensation adjustments for new hires, promotions, or policy changes.
- Oversee employee communications and engagement related to benefit programs.
- Coordinate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate pay setup and deductions.
- Resolve escalated employee concerns related to payroll discrepancies or benefit enrollment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage complex processes and communicate effectively with diverse staff.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.
- Discretion, integrity, and attention to confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
