Job Description

This role supports the Global Reward function, focusing on Compensation to implement Performance and Reward Strategy and Services.

  • Lead compensation survey submissions, job matching, and benchmarking studies with globally sourced vendors.
  • Project manage compensation survey submissions, detailing activities, timelines, communication plans, and provide necessary tools or templates.
  • Guide Region/Country Reward leaders throughout the submission process to review and validate benchmarking and employee data sets.
  • Prepare and conduct reward analysis, synthesizing findings from the analysis into visual graphs, storytelling, and presentations for various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize specialism initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent strategy, trends, leading practices, services, and solutions.
  • Ability to establish and manage virtual networks across diverse geographies.
  • Strong teaming skills, collaborating effectively across talent ecosystems and wider organizations.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to track and interpret trending directions.
