Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ecommerce support specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and provide comprehensive ecommerce support.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and product management.
  • Coordinate email campaigns and create engaging social media content.
  • Support product reviews, feedback management, and report generation.
  • Update and manage products using Magento, and perform general VA tasks.
Requirements:
  • RELIABILITY: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability.
  • EFFICIENCY: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • INITIATIVE: A proactive approach to completing tasks and driving results.
  • EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is an asset.
Tools You'll Use:
  • Email Marketing: Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
  • Product & Review Management: Yotpo, Magento.
  • Office Tools: MS Word.
