Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor high-performing job descriptions for U.S. and international hiring, covering roles such as installation technicians, sales professionals, logistics specialists, and more.
  • Source and screen top candidates using structured rubrics to ensure quality and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to identify the most promising candidates.
  • Arrange follow-up interviews with our team and manage professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Essential Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience recruiting for U.S. clients, particularly those seeking talent from both domestic and international pools.
  • The ability to creatively source candidates beyond traditional job boards.
  • Structured evaluations to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions.
