Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting skilled healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, and managing interviews to ensure that the right people are hired for the job.

Key responsibilities include screening candidates, moving fast when needs arise, and making sure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. You will work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines, maintain and update candidate records, and support document collection and background checks.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of recruitment experience, have recruited for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles, and be confident on the phone, great at follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates. They will also be proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once.
