Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and enhance our hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding, with excellent collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements and hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies across various channels to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct second-round interviews to further evaluate cultural fit, communication, and role-specific competencies.
Hiring Strategy and Optimization

Lead initiatives to improve recruitment turnaround time and process efficiency.

Strategize campaigns, partnerships, and outreach to increase quality candidate leads.

Talent Management Tools

Maximize the use of BambooHR or similar ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within an outsourcing or VA placement company.
  • Proven success in leading recruitment campaigns and delivering hires within tight timelines.
