Your Role

As the Process Optimization Manager, you will lead the System and Process function, managing teams and related activities such as process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support, and maintenance of all processes and applications.

Your Responsibilities

Your key focus areas include enhancing operational capability, delivering systems data quality, implementing new systems, testing, and training. You will also execute business strategy through process improvement initiatives and manage KPIs.

  1. To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes and audits.
  2. To provide quality training and day-to-day support to Customer Care locations (CCL), Sales, and Operational Care locations (OCC) through our systems and processes.
  3. To actively manage interfaces and information exchange across the organization.
  4. To drive lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness and productivity through continuous improvements of processes and controls.
  5. To ensure the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
  6. To monitor KPIs and drive high data quality, reviewing and planning with stakeholders.
  7. To manage projects and ensure consistent progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. To act as the interface between IT and the business, defining system requirements in cooperation with the Corporate team.
