Job Overview

This role involves coordinating shipments and communicating with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a load.
  • Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure loads meet OTP and OTD requirements.
  • Handle quote and book tasks as required by assigned customers.
  • Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and customer-facing.
  • 9+ months' work experience at a logistics brokerage with shippers.
  • Experience with scheduling tasks is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities

This position plays a crucial role in supporting Account Sales Representatives by coordinating all shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management, and carrier sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Main operational point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a load
  2. Proactive communication with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise
