Key role in driving strategic direction for the App Commercial Desk.

Direct and manage a high-performing team across multiple time zones to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategy, vision, and goals for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Lead daily operations and performance of the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set and exceed internal KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales cycle activities, including training, content creation, and process documentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement metrics for measuring efficiency and performance, including SLAs and support volumes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners, providing expert guidance on app-related questions during the sales cycle.
  • Drive operational reporting and executive updates, maintaining transparency and visibility into key performance indicators.
QualificationsMore about you
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, with expertise in creating ad-hoc formulas and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools and processes.
  • Experience with quoting, billing, and vendor management in B2B or B2C settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to problem-solve in complex situations with minimal guidance, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
