Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage logistics portfolios, drive procurement strategies, and make a significant impact on business performance.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement end-to-end procurement processes for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and business continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic procurement plans for logistics services
  • Managing the procurement process for logistics, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation
  • Collaborating with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to understand logistics requirements and align procurement activities accordingly
  • Negotiating contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and tools is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on packaging materials and logistics in the FMCG sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement
