Title: Procurement Manager (IT Services)The Procurement Manager (IT Services) is responsible for managing the categories assigned, collaborating with stakeholders (Internal Customers and Suppliers) on strategic sourcing, supplier development, item standardization, cost, supply, risk management, and negotiations. The role also involves monitoring spend performance, analysis, and end-to-end contract management.

This position ensures sustainable capacity and supply availability from the right supplier pool, composed of Market Best in Class (MBIC), providing JFC with a competitive advantage through advanced understanding of categories, data analysis, and strategy implementation for cost reduction and supply sustainability. Key ResponsibilitiesSupply & Risk Management: Gather and analyze requirements and supply performance, identify risks, and develop contingency strategies.

Conduct plant visits to evaluate supplier capacity and develop supply strategies. Supplier Management: Develop and validate supplier lifecycle management strategies, analyze performance, and collaborate with suppliers to meet objectives. Cost Management: Perform market analysis, cost breakdowns, and negotiate using advanced techniques to reduce costs and influence purchase strategies.

Customer Relationship Management: Process complex orders, respond to inquiries, analyze customer feedback, and manage supplier relationships for optimal service. QualificationsGraduate of Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Courses.6-8 years of IT procurement experience (software, hardware, IT services). Procurement or Supply Chain certification is an advantage.

Proficient in Supply Management, Supplier Management, Cost Management, Negotiation, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Relationship Management. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
