Are you passionate about managing end-to-end logistics portfolios, gaining deep procurement experience in transportation and warehousing, and making a direct impact on business performance? Then this role is made for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and business continuity.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for logistics, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to understand logistics requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.
• Identify and evaluate potential logistics service providers, conduct market research, and maintain a reliable supplier database.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key logistics partners and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence.
• Analyze logistics procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on packing materials and logistics in the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement.
