About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will provide first-level support for technical issues, assisting customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and technical inquiries across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using your technical expertise.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations, providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Your Qualifications:
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience in a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
