Call Center Operations Specialist

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Spearhead daily, weekly, and monthly incentive schemes to drive performance on the floor.
- Conduct regular meetings with Team Captains to cascade updates to all individuals in the program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course, preferably Business or Business Management.
- Two (2) to three (3) years Call Center Operations, Customer Service, Business Process Outsourcing, or Telecommunications experience in an Asst. Managerial or Managerial capacity.
