Call Center Technology Strategist

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced SaaS Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our cloud-based call center solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of call center operations.
Key Requirements:- Product Strategy
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Define and execute the product vision for SaaS-based call center solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in cloud-based call center technologies.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of contact center operations, workforce management (WFM), and customer experience (CX) tools, as well as experience with cloud-based platforms and knowledge of AI-driven automation and CRM integrations.
