Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Call Center Administrator.
Job Description:This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our call center, including transcribing calls, preparing reports, and coordinating schedules with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Listen to calls and take notes on key points discussed
- Prepare and manage reports on key metrics
- Coordinate schedules with clients and team members
- Maintain virtual files and ensure information is organized and easily accessible
We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time management skills, who can work independently and solve problems proactively. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
