Main Tasks
  • You will monitor staffing levels and schedule adherence of Customer Service Representatives to ensure internal and client service levels are met.
  • You will maintain the Workforce Planning Tools by entering real-time exceptions such as absence, tardiness, and overtime.
  • You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize call center operations.
Key Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Experience in the use of Management Information Technology

Desirable Skills

  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Experience
  • Experience in call center resource management
