Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse pool of talent for our clients.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring our services to meet their specific requirements.
  • Candidate Screening: Assess candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets to determine the best fit for each job opening.
  • Match Creation: Develop and implement strategies to create successful matches between job openings and candidate profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Organizational: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and other software applications relevant to the role.
