- Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms, utilizing creative and engaging content to attract top talent.">
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews, identifying suitable candidates for further evaluation.">
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal delays.">
- Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.">
- Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.">
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.">
- Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.">
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including but not limited to preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and performing other related tasks.">
