Qualification Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, and another related field.
  • Has at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition.
  • Has experience in working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage.
  • Has knowledge in law legislations and its related implementation related to scope.
  • Have business awareness, organizational skills, and the ability to understand and translate related information into business action.
  • Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Has proven managing, understanding, execution of ERP systems and tools, database functionality and reporting.
  • Have good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people in the organization.
  • Has the ability to work independently as well as in team.
  • Has the ability to take initiative and make decisions within scope, procedure, and guidelines.
  • Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
  • Has result-oriented mindset.
  • Has good oral and written communication skills in English language.
  • Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.

Duties/Tasks

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment cycle such as but not limited to sourcing, screening, selection, interview, reference check and employment offer.
  • Facilitate orientation for related tasks on New Joiner Onboarding.
  • Responsible for ensuring completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements, and pre-medical exam.
  • Responsible for pre-201 and e201 file management.
  • Responsible for managing and developing recruitment channels, sourcing strategies and relevant approaches in ensuring talent pool availability.
  • Assist on applicable trends/best practices in talent acquisition in accordance with local legislation and industry specific requirements that support business need and direction.
  • Assists in the development implementation of HR Strategies and programs related to Talent and Development.
  • Assists employees and line team on policies and procedure understanding implementation within the area scope.
  • Support in continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
  • Assists in employee branding, if applicable.
  • Support in local administrative duties, communication and documentation related to work responsibilities.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
