Project Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage projects within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading project teams and coordinating activities from preconstruction through post-contract project management.
  • Overseeing technical aspects of project execution, including reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives.
  • Ensuring contract setup is properly executed, with a focus on JCT contracts.
  • Managing CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating handover processes, operation, maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in quantity surveying, architecture, or construction management, preferably with a bachelor's degree in one of these fields.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design principles.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
