We are seeking a skilled and organized construction project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our construction operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentation, schedules, budgets, and communications with trade partners.
  • Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure accountability.
  • Assist with ordering materials, issuing purchase orders, and managing trade partner documentation.
  • Gather invoices, receipts, and assist with financial reconciliation.
  • Create Gantt charts and detailed schedules to ensure proper project planning and milestone completion.
  • Develop project estimates and budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, Gantt charts, and critical path scheduling.
  • Excellent written communication and note-taking skills.
