Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare quotes for various construction projects, maintain administrative workflows, and provide light secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage project estimates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates.
  • Maintain records of project estimates and track status updates using a project management tool.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
  • Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via accounting software.
  • Ensure documents are accurately formatted and meet professional standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and accounting software is a must.
  • Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials, labor, overhead, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
