Job Opportunity

We are seeking an expert in marketing automation to lead and optimize cross-functional initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and enhance campaign workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data alignment between marketing systems for optimal performance.
  • Monitor key metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
