Financial Management Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging accounting role where you can utilize your skills in financial management and compliance? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary- Assume responsibility for ensuring external compliance with government regulations and requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate internal reports and monitoring systems.
- Oversee billing and collections processes, ensuring timely payments from clients.
- Manage property transactions, including sales and purchases.
- Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions as needed.
- Hold a valid CPA license.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Have a minimum of four years' experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Prior experience in top-tier audit firms is an advantage.
Salary Range: ₱40,000–₱50,000 per month.
