Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in AU accounting firms and a strong background in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile transactions in Xero accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and process payroll in compliance with Australian regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare workpapers for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), and other related reports.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in AU Accounting Firm
  • 3 years + of AU Bookkeeping experience
  • Payroll Processing
  • IAS and BAS Preparation
  • 3 years XERO experience
