Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll management, payment processing, and collections, ensuring seamless financial processes for our clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements aligned with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

  • Conduct statutory audits and ensure compliance with BIR and SEC regulations.

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.

  • Oversee payment processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.

  • Handle accounts receivable and collections to optimize cash flow.

  • Assist clients with tax filings, BIR compliance, and financial reporting.

  • Provide management consulting support related to financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely services.

  • Keep updated on Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.

  • Valid CPA license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, payroll, and collections.

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, payroll management, and BIR regulations.

  • Experience with payment processing and collection strategies.

  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ODOO, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
