This position requires a college degree graduate with 3+ years of experience in US health and welfare plans. Ideal candidates have experience from a benefit consulting firm, Health Plan, or insurance company.

  1. Understanding of US health plan processes such as utilization/case management, network management, credentialing, quality management, pharmacy prior-authorization, and overall health plan operations.
  2. Basic understanding of Mental Health Parity regulations.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  5. Project and time management skills
