Your responsibilities will include data processing and analysis, bid request design and distribution, proposal findings collection and analysis, and placement/renewal deliverables preparation. You will also support the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications, manage queries and requests from carriers/vendors/clients or members, and administer onboarding of new clients and enrolment processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and validation
    Data analysis and interpretation
    Bid request design and distribution
    Proposal findings collection and analysis
    Placement/renewal deliverables preparation
    Supporting the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications
    Managing queries and requests from carriers/vendors/clients or members
    Administrating onboarding of new clients and enrolment processes

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 2-6 years of experience working with health and benefit plans and their financials, proficiency in English, a Bachelor's degree in a program with heavy emphasis on mathematics or business, and strong analytical, creative and integrative skills. You should also have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge.
