  • Manage queries/requests from carriers/vendors/clients or members and escalate them when required
  • Administrative onboarding of new clients and assistance to enrolment processes ensuring data is updated
  • Process, project, and transaction management
  • Support policy renewal activities
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills
  • Experience with data entry, validation, and manipulation
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
