Job Description

The Benefits System Administrator is a critical role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of benefits administration services to our clients, including Health & Welfare and Pension plan administration.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the delivery of benefits administration services
  • Providing operational and transactional support
  • Recording keeping and transition processing
  • Managing transactional-based services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of administrative processes as they relate to Health & Welfare and Pension benefit plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
