Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Officer to support the execution of our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, payroll processing, and HR administration.

Main Duties:

  • Support the C&B Manager in the design and execution of relevant and meaningful C&B programs, such as salary benchmarking, health cards, loans, annual physical exams, and incentive programs, to address employee needs and boost engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Process necessary reports and payment requests required to fulfill all employer obligations towards the Social Security System, the Philippine Health Corporation, the Home Mutual Development Fund, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
  • Build relationships with government offices such as the Social Security System, Philippine Health Corporation, Home Mutual Development Fund, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue to align and deliver on company obligations.
