The Role

As a Supplier and Stock Management Agent and a member of the APAC regional team, you will focus on the execution of regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective local teams. You will be focused on executing daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in your region.

You will have ownership of the end-to-end processes that support these objectives, spanning from real estate expansion projects to day-to-day property management, ensuring health and safety norms are attained, and procuring a network of partners.

Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Operations Director, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. You will coordinate with your team members and local operations, and your actions will have a direct impact on results.

What you will work on

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Serve as the regional point of contact and ongoing relationship with all local partners and suppliers to guarantee daily execution of local operations, assessing quality and throughput against defined standards (real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning service providers).
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for a smooth operation.
• Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel while complying with health and safety standards.
• Procure and negotiate suppliers when required.
• Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement, negotiation, and expanding the current supplier network.
• Contribute to achieving efficiency targets in your region.

What we are looking for

• Background in Engineering, Business or similar education.
• Prone to action. You take initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows. Experience in procurement execution and supplier management or a similar field is a plus.
• Organized and analytical — you use data to drive your actions and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail, following detailed procedures to ensure precision in execution.
• Team player — willingness to work with your team and local teams to achieve objectives.
• Adaptable and resilient — able to adapt to unforeseen events to reach results while following procedures.
• Good communicator — clear and effective communication with team members and external partners.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
