
Senior Business Development Professional

This role involves developing and executing various business development initiatives for Nutrition Clubs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and executes Business Development initiatives: Nutrition Club mapping, promotions, Operator Profiles, communications targeting Nutrition Clubs, Weight Loss Challenges, and other Daily Methods of Operations.
- Prepares and submits reports on Nutrition Club productivity to regional and local management.
- Develops literature and promotional materials to support Nutrition Clubs and other Daily Methods of Operations.
- Conducts regular visits to Nutrition Clubs nationwide.
- Develops, maintains, and updates the Nutrition Club website and provides materials for the Daily Method of Operation section.
- Effectively communicates with members, particularly Nutrition Club Operators, scaling from one-on-one to large groups.
- Develops and executes education and training modules and generates accurate data from credible sources.
- Coordinates approval of training modules to regional office (Sales and Business Development, Distributor Business Practice and Compliance and Legal office).
- Liaises with Corporate Communications to support Casa Herbalife initiatives of Nutrition Club Operators and develops activities to gain support for Casa Herbalife.
- Coordinates and executes the Nutrition Club Academy.
- Attends and documents Nutrition Club Committee meetings and Nutrition Club Operators meetings as needed.
- At least 5 years marketing & sales experience in a customer service related industry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
- Strong customer and results orientation.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Ability to function as an effective team member.
