Virtual Assistant Ecommerce Opportunity

We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive ecommerce virtual assistant to support our growing team.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, remote position with flexible scheduling.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in virtual assistance or ecommerce support.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily administrative and ecommerce tasks efficiently.
  2. Provide exceptional customer support and order processing services.
  3. Coordinate and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  4. Create engaging social media content and respond to inquiries.
  5. Support product reviews and feedback management on Yotpo.
  6. Update and manage products using Magento.
  7. Perform general virtual assistant tasks such as report generation and basic data entry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • RELIABILITY: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability.
  • EFFICIENCY: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • INITIATIVE: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus.
