Accounting Manager Position

The Accounting Manager will oversee financial accounting and transaction processing for clients. This role requires a strong leader who can manage the month-end close process, ensure adherence to timelines, and lead budgeting and forecasting efforts.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in accounting, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and complete financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Month-End Close Process: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to support business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience in financial close, variance analysis, and payroll processing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel skills.
