This role will be responsible for taking notes, tracking vendor allocations, and creating tickets for client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the account team in delivering exceptional client experiences through effective coordination and communication.
- Take notes for each client or vendor call, adding notes into Gainsight and assigning/completing follow-up tasks as appropriate.
- Track all vendor allocations, reallocations, unallocated funds, and other critical information as assigned by the Director of Client Services.
- Create tickets for client issues, and project manage tickets to ensure that they are being addressed/resolved.
