About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team at Kinettix Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
    • Work closely with project managers to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and scope statements.
    • Handle administrative tasks, such as invoice management and purchase orders.
    • Utilize project management tools to track project progress and generate reports.
  • Resource Allocation & Team Support
    • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
    • Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as the primary liaison between project clients and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
    • Conduct meetings with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements.
    • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate discussions to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients and technicians at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet) is an advantage.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a productive and results-driven work environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure to provide basic technical support and assist in defining the technical scope of work for projects.
