About the Role:- Daily Operations Management
- Direct daily restaurant operations to optimize customer experience, profitability, and quality standards.
- Develop strategies to minimize waste, spoilage, and stock-outs.
- Maintain a clean working environment for staff and customers.
- Staff Development and Training
- Identify talent gaps and provide targeted training to enhance staff performance.
- Create schedules to optimize labor costs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Promote a positive work culture through regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Monitor expenses, including food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Develop comprehensive budgets and track performance against targets.
- Analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Customer Service and Quality Control
- Greet customers warmly and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure food and beverage products meet high quality standards.
- Drive service excellence by maintaining front-of-house and back-of-house efficiency.
- Safety and Health Compliance
- Comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance and certifications.
- Conduct regular safety audits to prevent accidents and ensure employee well-being.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and consistent product quality.
- Leadership and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality is preferred. Relevant certifications are an asset. Starting salary range: 30,000-40,000
