About the Role:
  • Daily Operations Management
    • Direct daily restaurant operations to optimize customer experience, profitability, and quality standards.
    • Develop strategies to minimize waste, spoilage, and stock-outs.
    • Maintain a clean working environment for staff and customers.
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Identify talent gaps and provide targeted training to enhance staff performance.
    • Create schedules to optimize labor costs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
    • Promote a positive work culture through regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Monitor expenses, including food, beverage, and labor costs.
    • Develop comprehensive budgets and track performance against targets.
    • Analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Greet customers warmly and address concerns promptly.
    • Ensure food and beverage products meet high quality standards.
    • Drive service excellence by maintaining front-of-house and back-of-house efficiency.
  • Safety and Health Compliance
    • Comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.
    • Maintain accurate records of compliance and certifications.
    • Conduct regular safety audits to prevent accidents and ensure employee well-being.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize profits.
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
    • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and consistent product quality.
  • Leadership and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality is preferred. Relevant certifications are an asset. Starting salary range: 30,000-40,000
