About Our Team

We are building a management team that can scale our brands while keeping each concept's unique identity alive. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, developing leaders, and protecting brand standards across your assigned portfolio of stores.


The Role

As an experienced Operations Manager (OM), you will oversee multi-unit restaurant operations. You will work closely with Area Managers, Store Heads, and support teams to ensure excellence in execution and customer experience.


Job Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple restaurant locations across various brands.
  • Ensure strong operational execution in sales, consistent service, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Review financial performance, labor percentage, food cost percentage, and drive profitability.
  • Mentor Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to deliver an elevated guest experience; enforce accountability through training and succession planning.
  • BUILD A PREMIUM SERVICE CULTURE THAT ENHANCES HOSPITALITY AND DISCIPLINE.
  • Translate brand identity into operations, focusing on casual dining, café culture, or upscale service.
  • Support store openings, renovations, and rebranding projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.

Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
  • Proven track record in managing Area Managers and Store Managers.
  • Strong P&L management and business acumen.
  • Experience in building and implementing standard operating procedures, operations manuals, and training systems.
  • A STRONG LEADERSHIP PRESENCE TO COACH, DISCIPLINE, AND INSPIRE TEAM MEMBERS.
