Tetra Pak is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive sustainable business growth through industry mapping, category development, and securing potential customers and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of sales or business development experience within Tetra Pak or in the FMCG or Food and Beverage Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development – Map, prioritize, pursue, and secure business opportunities with new customer prospects.
- Value Selling – Secure sales targets for packaging and processing solutions from an end-to-end value perspective.
- Cross Functional Management – Manage collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders in developing and delivering proposals and solutions.
- Customer Management – Manage customer journey from business development execution to handover to account management teams.
- Portfolio Deployment and Roadmap Execution – Ensure that the relevant and suitable Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 Years of Sales or Business Development Experience within Tetra Pak or in other companies, preferably in the FMCG or Food and Beverage Industry.
- Experience and familiarity with the Food and Beverage Industry or FMCG industry is considered an advantage.
- Successful Track Record of Generating and Securing New Business and Customers.
- In-depth understanding of the local market, customers, consumers, categories, and market environment.
